Bespoke software, built for your business. AI agents that run it.
Everything connected from day one.
Get in touch We work with a maximum of five clients. Currently taking enquiries.I am not a software developer. I am a technical operator who knows how to brief, direct, and quality-control AI-built software to a production standard.
Over the past twelve months I have built full AI-powered tech stacks across multiple businesses in different sectors: bespoke CRMs, pipeline management tools, document signing workflows, research agents, automated reporting dashboards, scheduling systems, and AI agent teams that run daily operations. The same principles apply regardless of industry, and the results are consistent.
This is the direction of travel. AI is not a passing trend. It is becoming the most powerful tool available to a business, and the gap between organisations that have embraced it and those that have not is widening every month. The businesses that will win are those that use AI to do more with less: fewer administrative burdens, fewer manual processes, and AI agents performing tasks that previously required additional headcount.
You get the speed and cost-efficiency of AI development, with the rigour of someone who knows what good looks like and will not ship until it is right.
Every SaaS tool you subscribe to was designed for the average business. It has features you don't use, lacks features you need, and it never talks to the tool sitting next to it.
You pay monthly, forever, for something that half-fits. And when you need two tools to work together, you reach for an automation platform, Zapier, Make, N8N, or one of a dozen others, to glue them together with workflows that someone has to build, maintain, and fix every time one of the connected tools updates its API.
It is fragile by design. A software update on one platform breaks a workflow on another. A new team member joins and nobody can explain how the automation works. You pay for five tools that were never meant to connect, held together by a sixth tool that was never meant to be a permanent solution.
The real cost is not just the subscriptions. It is the time spent maintaining the patchwork, the errors that slip through the gaps, and the ceiling it puts on what your team can actually do.
There is a better way.
A typical growing business uses most of the following. These are real costs for real tools.
| Tool | What it does | Monthly cost | Bespoke equivalent |
|---|---|---|---|
| DocuSign | Electronic signatures and document workflows | £45, £150 | Custom signing flows integrated with your CRM and email |
| monday.com | Project and task management | £30, £200 | Project board built around your exact workflow, agent-managed |
| HubSpot | CRM and pipeline management | £45, £800 | Bespoke CRM built for your sales process and team |
| Hootsuite | Social media scheduling | £49, £250 | Scheduling agent with your brand voice baked in |
| Mailchimp | Email marketing and campaigns | £20, £300 | Campaign builder pulling from your own contact database |
| Calendly | Meeting scheduling | £10, £16 | Scheduling agent integrated with your calendar and CRM |
| Zapier | Workflow automation between tools | £20, £100 | Replaced entirely, your agents connect everything natively |
| Typeform | Forms, surveys and data capture | £25, £80 | Custom intake forms feeding directly into your systems |
| Notion | Internal docs, wikis and knowledge base | £8, £16 | Knowledge base maintained and searched by your agents |
| Slack | Team communication and alerts | £6, £12 per user | Agent briefings, alerts and comms in one place |
| Asana | Team task and project tracking | £10, £25 per user | Task manager built to match your team structure exactly |
| Combined monthly spend | Every month. Forever. For software that half-fits. | £300, £2,000+ | £600, £900/month. Everything. Integrated. Yours. |
The goal is not feature-for-feature parity with every SaaS tool. It is software built precisely for how your business works, without the features you never use and with all the integrations you always needed.
There is no new software to learn. No dashboard to log into. No app to install. You talk to your agents the same way you already communicate: through a secure, private messaging channel on your phone or desktop.
Send a message. Get a response. Trigger an action. It is that simple. Whether you are at your desk, in a meeting, or travelling, your agents are available the moment you need them.
Voice input. For clients who want to move even faster, the system supports voice-to-text dictation. Rather than typing, you speak your instructions naturally, the average person speaks at around 140 words per minute, compared to 40 words per minute typing. For high-output days, that difference is significant.
Security. Everything runs on a dedicated private server, accessible only to your team. All connections are encrypted to industry standards. Your data does not pass through third-party servers, is not used to train external AI models, and is not shared with anyone. It stays on your infrastructure, under your control.
Your AI agents are not search engines or chatbots. They are operators. A single instruction triggers a chain of actions across every application in your stack. Here is what that looks like in practice.
And unlike any SaaS tool you have ever used, they get better over time. Every interaction, every piece of context you give them, every task you brief them on builds their understanding of how your business works. They remember your contacts, your preferences, your pipeline, your decisions. The longer they run, the more contextually aware they become. The more you put in, the more useful they are. There is no ceiling.
Your agent reads the email, searches the CRM for any existing contact record, pulls the prospect's company website, cross-references them against your ideal client profile, scores the opportunity, creates a contact record with a summary, sets a follow-up action for tomorrow, and sends you a one-paragraph brief: who they are, what they want, and whether they're worth pursuing. All before you've finished your coffee.
Your agent generates a bespoke NDA pre-populated with Tristan's company details, sends it via your document signing application with a tracked link, moves the deal stage in the CRM to NDA Pending, creates a calendar reminder to chase in five days if unsigned, logs the activity against the contact record, and notifies your ops director agent so they are briefed. You did not open a single application.
Your bespoke Proposal Generator pulls Airstead's details from the CRM, loads the relevant service modules from your proposal library, calculates pricing based on their profile, inserts your standard terms, formats the whole document to your brand, saves it to the client folder in your document system, and sends you a preview link to approve before it goes out. What used to take two hours of copy-pasting takes ninety seconds.
Your bespoke Recruitment Tracker checks the applicant database for everyone at the shortlisted stage who hasn't been contacted in seven days, drafts a personalised follow-up for each one, queues them for your review, sends on your approval, updates each candidate's status, and logs the activity. A task that would have taken your ops director an afternoon takes minutes.
Overnight it checked the project board, flagged two tasks approaching deadline, pulled the latest figures from the reporting dashboard, cross-referenced them with last week's numbers, drafted a summary for the morning meeting, and added it to the shared calendar. Your ops director walks in briefed, not scrambling.
Your agent pulls all completed project records, checks outstanding invoices in the accounting application, flags anything overdue, generates a revenue summary against target, produces a pipeline report showing deals by stage and probability, emails the summary to you and your ops director, and archives the month's activity log. A task that used to take two people half a day takes ninety seconds.
Every one of these scenarios works because all your applications are connected through a single agent layer. One instruction. Everything happens.
All prices shown are exclusive of VAT. Hindover Ltd is not currently VAT registered. No VAT will be applied to invoices.
Every engagement begins with a Foundation Setup. One-time fee, everything configured and handed over ready to use. Add applications at any time with no new setup fee.
Covers build, configuration, integration, and onboarding. Includes your first two agents: a primary (your Chief of Staff) and an ops director (your second-in-command).
Permissions are entirely configurable. You decide exactly what each agent can access, read, and action. Nothing is connected without your explicit agreement, and access levels can be adjusted at any time.
Some clients want the AI team alone. Others want the full stack. Start where you are and add applications when you are ready, with no new setup fee.
AI credits ($200/month) are paid directly by you to Anthropic on either path. This is the only cost not included in the monthly fee.
Your AI team, fully operational. No bespoke applications yet. Ideal for businesses that want to start with intelligent agents before building out a wider tech stack.
Your AI team plus every bespoke application in your stack. One monthly fee covers everything. Agent retainer is included.
Each bespoke application is built at a day rate, scoped and agreed in advance. New features or changes to existing applications are billed the same way.
Covers scoping, design, build, testing, and deployment. Each application is a defined deliverable with agreed scope before work begins.
Built using your AI credits. You pay only for my time.
Every business is different. Here are three realistic examples.
Your Foundation includes two agents. Add agents for team members, departments, or external partners at any time. Every agent has its own memory, workspace, and defined scope.
Your Chief of Staff. Full operator access: all tools, all data, manages other agents, runs daily briefings, handles complex multi-step tasks.
A second full-capability agent scoped to a specific person or function. Ideal for a co-founder, ops director, or partner with their own domain.
A full-capability agent for any additional team member or partner. Own scope, own memory, own toolset.
A focused agent with limited toolset and defined scope. Suitable for automated monitoring, single-function tasks, or read-only roles.
We work with a maximum of five clients at any one time.
That is not a constraint. It is a commitment.
Building bespoke software that actually works requires understanding your business deeply: your pipeline, your team, your decisions, your priorities. You cannot do that for ten companies at once. So we do not try.
Every client gets our full attention throughout their build. When you are in active development, we are focused on your business. When you move into maintenance, you have a direct line, not a support ticket queue.
If you are working with us, you are one of five. Not one of fifty.
For a small number of the right businesses, we can structure the engagement around equity rather than purely fees. This is not a standard option, it is offered selectively, where the opportunity is genuinely compelling and the partnership makes sense for both parties.
The Foundation setup fee remains at the standard rate regardless of any equity arrangement. The setup cost reflects the work of building and configuring your environment, and that does not change based on the commercial structure.
Where equity applies, the reduction is on the ongoing costs: the monthly retainer and the build day rate. Once equity has been agreed and the shareholders agreement is in place, both fees reduce to reflect the partnership. The more invested you are in our success, the more invested we are in yours.
The equity percentage, the level of reduction, and the vesting terms are all negotiated individually. There is no formula. What matters is that both parties are genuinely committed to the same outcome.
Requires a formal shareholders agreement. If you think this might be the right structure for your business, let's talk.
